New Babies! MAC Fix+, Beauty Blender, and Anastasia Beverly HillsBrush #7!

Hello everyone! I hope you all had a fantastic Saturday! I had a great day Downtown and managed to pick up a few things I have been needing for a while now! I am super excited to try 'em all out! I bought Anastasia Beverly Hills Brush #7 and the BFF Duel Beauty Blender that comes with a cute case from Sephora! My mother has the other half of the case with her own Beauty Blender! I also grabbed a Fix+ from MAC!

MAC Fix+, Beauty Blender, and Anastasia Beverly Hills Brush #7
Anastasia Beverly Hills Brush #7: I am so happy I picked up this brush from Anastasia Beverly Hills! Ever since I bought my Dipbrow Pomade from her, I have been using my Sephora Collection angled eyeliner brush and it does the job, but not well. I really need a proper brush for it and am more than grateful to finally have it. This duel ended brush has a small spooley on one end to tame brows and comb through after product application to even everything out and on the other end, a short, angled, synthetic haired brush that promises perfect, clean product application with stiff, yet soft, bristles. I can not wait to see how using a proper brush alters the appearance of my brows tomorrow!

Hot Pink Beauty Blender: I would have preferred the black beauty blender as I am not much of a pink person, but the BFF two pack only had pink ones at the Sephora location I was at. I believe Beauty Blenders are usually 26$ on their own, and this duel pack was 46$! So my mother and I saved 6$--which isn't much, but pretty great since this little sponge is already pretty pricey for what it is! I was very surprised at how tiny it is though. I don't know why, but I just expected something bigger. I have heard so much about these little guys though so I hope it makes a difference!

MAC Cosmetics Fix+: I really only desperately wanted this product because I was told it's a better alternative to wetting your makeup brushes. When you wet your brush before applying a product, it can usually water down the product, wreck the actual product, and just make application and the finished look suck. I know I'm the type of person who loves working with products wet and after learning I can spray my brush with this and then being shown the difference in using it to apply product wet versus just using plain old water, I was sold! I also found out I can spray it on my face before makeup application to prime my face or I can spray it on my face after to set my makeup. Multi use product, much? Yes, and I love that about it. This baby is going to become my best friend. MAC never disappoints!

Has anyone tried any of these before? Let me know!

Xoxo,
Russian Red.
