LOTD: May 3rd, 2014

I did a black and white cut crease today before meeting up with a good friend of mine who just came home from a six month trip and I think it turned out really well! I'm happy to say I'm getting better at cut creases!

Full Face

Lips: MAC Frost finish lipstick in New York Apple

Eyes: MAC Studio Sculpt Shade and Line in Ebony blend and Rimmel London Kohl White eyeliner

Eyes: MAC Studio Sculpt Shade and Line in Ebony blend and Rimmel London Kohl White eyeliner
Face: MAC Face and Body foundation in N1

Brows: Anastasia Dipbrow in Auburn with MAC Vanilla pigment to highlight

Eyes: I applied the white eyshadow from MAC's Ebony Blend Shade and Line all over my lid and then drew my winged eyeliner with my Geisha Ink liquid eyeliner. I drew the shape of my cut crease with the eyeliner in the Ebony blend and then cleaned up the line with my Geisha Ink liquid eyeliner. I created a shadow using the darker eyeshadow from the blend in my crease. I smudged a bit of Rimmel London's white Kohl eyeliner above my lashline and then smudged it and applied more of the white eyeshadow. On my lower lashline, I smudged the white eyeliner from inner corner outwards and then applied a bit of the darker eyeshadow from the blend on top.

Cheeks: MAC Mineralize skin finish in Perfect Topping and Vanilla pigment to highlight cheek bones.

Lips: MAC Frost finish New York Apple Lipstick.

I thought this look looked sort of Black Swan like. Thoughts?

Xoxo,
Russian Red.
