When Urban Decay released all their new Spring/Summer product on their website mid March last month, they released four new "tools of Perversion". Perversion is their blacker than black eyeliner shade. Previously, they had Perversion available as their 24/7 Glide On eye pencil, but now they have reformulated it into a cream eyeliner, a liquid felt tip eyeliner, and a twist up pencil eyeliner! I picked up all three to try and this is what I have to say about them!

I love cream/gel eyeliners. I love the precision of applying them with an angle brush, I love the texture of them, and I love the cute little pots they come in. Urban Decay's Super Saturated Ultra Intense Waterproof Cream eyeliner comes in a simple pot filled with product with the usual look Urban Decay goes for. The texture of this eyeliner is very creamy. The product applies smoothly to the eye and doesn't budge after extended wear. I love the intensity of the black, too. Which is great, because their Perversion eyeliner is known for it's very black intensity. I only had two issues with this eyeliner. The first one being that yes, it is creamy and smooth, but it's almost too creamy because when applying it, you need to be careful because it just gets everywhere without very precise application. Secondly, after only an hour or two, I realized the eyeliner somehow managed to flake all over my eye area. I had little black flecks of it all under my eyes, on my cheek bones, and also above my eyes near my brows. When I saw this, I wasn't super impressed. Every half hour from then on out at work, I had to check and clean up all the black flakes all over the upper portion of my face. I would say this is cream eyeliner is around the 7.5 to 8 out of 10 zone.
Ink for Eyes Waterproof Precision Eye Pen in Perversion
Out of the three formulas, this is my least favourite. I was not happy with it at all. The only positive to it is, again, the intensity of it's blackness—something my favourite liquid eyeliner from Geisha Ink lacks. The felt tip of this liquid eyeliner pen was so firm it was sharp and painful to use. Also, due to it's firmness, I had a very hard time drawing clean, steady lines. I don't want a floppy felt tip, but this one was just way to hard. As for lasting throughout the day, it did a great job snd was hard to wash off at night, but it did smuge just the tiniest bit. Because it was so painful and hard to use, I will give it a 6 out of 10.

This one was pretty nice, actually. It's smooth, easy to work with, and doesn't bleed as much as you would expect from a pencil eyeliner this creamy. And of course, it fulfills it's purpose of being a blacker than black eyeliner. Just because of the amount it does bleed, it's an 8.5 out of 10.
Here are some swatches of the three liners plus their original 24/7 Glide on Eyeliner pencil (Perversion) just for comparison.
