LOTD: March 16th, 2014

I really battled with my face this morning trying to use a new product—which I will leave unamed for now until I write a review on it— and it was a disaster, but I did eventually get out of the house on time for work with my face all done!

Full Face

Lips: MAC Magenta lip liner, MAC matte Heroine lipstick

Eyes: Stila Sparkle eyeshadow, UD Vice 2 Betrayal eyeshadow, MAC Lily White pigment, Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid liner

Brows: Anastasia Dipbrow in Auburn and I highlighted my brow bones with MAC's Vanilla pigment.

Eyes: I applied Stila's eyeshadow in Sparkle all over my lid and then applied Betrayal from Urban Decay's Vice 2 palette to my outer corner and along my lower lid. On my inner corners, I used MAC's Lily White pigment. I winged my eyeliner using Stila's Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid liner and then used Geisha Ink's voluminous mascara.

Cheeks: Perfect Topping mineralize skin finish and cheek bones are highlighted with the Vanilla pigment once again.

Lips: MAC lip pencil in Magenta and MAC's matte lipstick in Heroine.

Although I went to hell and back with my makeup this morning, I'm actually very pleased with the end results. The gold/light purple eye with yellow-y pop from Lily White turned out to be very pretty. Also, before I washed my makeup off, I realized my wings were super even and perfect and I'm so happy about that!

Xoxo,
Russian Red.
